Sparkle do the Sharingan in Danzo's arm still give him the Sharingan's Visual Prowess or are they only for Izanagi?

Because Danzo didn't start to move until after the Amaterasu already ignited on his body. The anime episode 209 also depicts this.

It's crazy to think about how while I only really got "into" it in like 2017-2019, I've been powerscaling to some extent for most of my life thanks to the influence of Naruto/DB vids
