He has two types of reflection action reflection and intent reflection.

Only the physical portion. There appear to be 2 parts to it. A passive part and some other physical part. We see in the very demonstration as Amado explains it. That he does not need to touch anyone to activate the intent based one.

The fact that Momoshiki mentioned that it created the world (which includes his own planet too as he had access to this info way before coming to earth) is honestly enough. I don't know how much more evidence is needed again such a weird standard.
