I'm not saying he was, but if he was leagues weaker, there'd have been no reason for him to be revered as such. That's why I said he should at least be around their level.

Not inherently, there’s plenty of instances in which someone’s lies of grandeur far exceed they’re actual circumstances.

We've seen a total of 5 members of an entire race of people... That's like walking into a new work place, meeting one bully of a coworker off rip and concluding that everyone else is likely rude as well, highkey ignorant 🗿. MRK assumption.

Also, Kaguya never displayed any arrogance in her fight with Team 7, she went out of her way to fight cautiously and carefully, attempting to split them up despite being stronger.

Kinshiki didn't display much arrogance either, except maybe a few qwips here and there when provoked by Sasuke iirc. Most of the time he was just a quiet servant dude.

Hell, neither was Isshiki. Homeboy deliberately tried to seal away Naruto and respected the capability of Sasuke's eye prowess despite being able to no diff the dude physically. He displayed pompous confidence against Koji, but there is a difference between arrogance and high confidence in one's abilities. Isshiki clearly knew he had a massive superiority in combat ability over Koji, and didn't stop pursuing him out of arrogance, but because he had little time to waste. Also, he respected the power of Amado's cyborgs so much that he had their power sealed cuz he recognized they could threaten him.

Momo had that royal arrogance of a spoiled rich kid and Birdshiki had the arrogance of generic poorly written filler bad guy cuz that's what he ended up being. So that's 2/5. The other 2/5 (Isshiki and Kinshiki) were very dutiful and loyal to the tasks they were given (consume chakra fruits and evolve, work as a servant and guard for Momo). The last 1/5 (Kaguya) rebelled against her given task and acted out of fear of punishment.

The longer I think about your statement, the less sense it makes.

Kaguya kept droning about how she was the progenitor of chakra and they could never beat her and stuff.

Kinshiki sure ig, but he didn't seem the type to pointlessly praise others either.

He outwardly appeared respectful, but he wasn't really. He sat on his opponent's shoulder and drank wine while standing over Koji defeated. And he called Baryon Mode Naruto an inferior creature.

Delusion =/= arrogance, also that was more BZ, Kaguya’s personality was quite different from BZ.

He started insulting Naruto when he was at his wits end after getting his ass beat, that’s hysteria not arrogance. Also with Koji that was less arrogance as it was extreme confidence with suave. He was merely demonstrating to Koji how his ability worked and so happened to choose to do so with wine. After he had secured the victory.

She wasn't completely delusional about her strength, as she knew she needed an army to fight Momoshiki and Kinshiki.

Kaguya was like that too. Also BZ is technically a full Otsutsuki anyways.

youre right but what make more sense is that the word strongest in japanese which means saikyo is not literal hence third hokage was stated strongest hokage.
also most dbz characters in movie are stated strongest villain when based on feat people debate the statement. strongest here could mean strongest for the movie only or for other interpretation

They would either be upper 2-C (low multi) or baseline 2-B (multi) since Kaguya has like single digit amount of dimensions. Pretty sure Rimuru is like 1000s of universes into multiversal. Don’t disrespect my slime
