The Original downgrade OP was ass on it's own but the gist is that:
X amount of chakra nerf/amp≠ X amount of stats chakra/amp
So the 10% scaling via Jigen was scrapped

So that’s why the God tiers in boruto were downgrade to planet level likely far higher and the staff members all agree for the downgrade personally I still disagree with the downgrade it’s better to just leave the god tiers in boruto to likely large planet level and FTL+

It would but we don't have a official timeframe for it. Imo it should be a feat sense she was stated to create them casually but with out a timeframe you can't slap a rating on it or calc it.
