who would you guys say is the top 15 strongest characters in the big three, you dont have to use the wiki to scale nor do you need to give a big elaboration as to why you place certain characters there, just curious.

Top 15 strongest boruto characters since everyone scales to each other lol

if it was just till shippuden then I'd include some bIeach characters
 
I don't feel like making a proper list but it would probably be all the obvious peeps that scale to or above Squad 0 in Bleach + Shibai.

Definitely no one from OP yet.

And no one else in Nard stacks up yet IMO (unless you think Jashin or other Otsutsuki Gods are out there.)
 
@Ghostimuscrime ehhh even if you were generous to both Bleach and Naruto theres clearly some characters that have weird limits and characters that have hax that bypass conventional stats, even if you believe in the whole shibai >>>>agenda kinda thing but fair enough
 
an example being that you dont even have to believe in the potency of Bleach's soul hax or even think yhwach is relative at all to someone like Baryon Mode naruto in terms of stats to acknowledge its just kinda a bad matchup for Naruto

well I ranked them based on stats cuz it's easier, it'd be wayyy tougher if we include hax/wincons

then itd be sth like

1)Shibai
2)Yhwach (or Hags if you really wank him)
3-15) the rest would be a mix of naruto and bleach characters

My list is almost entirely Bleach-related, but I do have Shibai in it, but I can see why people wouldn't add him since he's such an unknown variable right now, that assuming anything about his capabilities could feel unsupported.
 
AP wise:
1. True Zangetsu Ichigo
2/3. SK Yhwach and Adnyeus
4. CFYOW Zaraki
5/6/7. Res Hikone, Muken Aizen, Bankai Ginjo with the rage amp
8/9. Almighty Jugram and Vollstandig Sklaverai Uryu
10. Mimihagi
11. Ichibe
12/13/14/15. Shutara, Kirio, Tenjiro, Nimaiya (with the blood oath seal removed obvi)

Overall (not just AP) I’d have to think more, the list probably stays relatively similar, but Shibai might get thrown in there and the Bleach characters would shift around in order
