A little bit, ableit Xerneas and Yveltal scale to 700 zettatons, while adult Naruto and Sasuke are only 400-ish? (a questionable number that I saw in another thread) for beating Momoshiki. It isn't a 2x AP gap, but it's close enough.

Im pretty sure the difference is both Naruto and Sasuke are fanominal teammates in tag battles with much more intelligence and experience than Kaguya and are also more versatile when at least fighting together.

Plus, IIRC, Yveltal beat her before she obtained new skills.

And arent Naruto and Sasuke each 400 Zettatonish? If so, both combined would result in 800 Zettaton power, so they'd be able to last here when AP is asked.
