Remove something? He ain't removing the attack itself, he's moving his body away from where the attack is. Given how much faster Raditz is, I don't really see a problem. Say he took the attack head on thinking he could tank it, he'd feel pain from the attack as it slowly progresses into his body and as any person would do, move his body away from it to prevent further damage.

Raditz wont remove his internal structures, his body parts that are damaged/destroyed aren't gonna be saved. He's just gonna move out what's left of his body undamaged.
Heck, discussing this is pointless since with Raditz's massive speed advantage, Naruto would get the beatdown even before he gets the chance to attack. Remember that this is bloodlusted match.

What's stopping the poison from spreading?
In his fight with Piccolo and Goku, Raditz after been hurt became slower when previously they couldn't tag him. Clones and substitution jutsu should finish Raditz even if he evades it with Ki.
Round 3 is not bloodlusted and Raditz wins because of that, normally Naruto still wins.

For heaven's sake it does not have any poison, it does not have a lingering effect, it just destroys cells like how poison would.
"Becoming slower" does not mean Naruto who is absolute best 5 time slower than him, will be able to tag him.

Not sure why this is still being argued on. It'll be worse than Gai vs Madara. At least both were still MHS+. Raditz is Sub Relativistic to Naruto's MHS+. He can't possibly win here. Except it's Round 3 that's being discussed?
