Naruto: Mid-Tiers Upgrade (8-A to Low 7-C)

Also a major outlier.

Looking at our speed page, Transonic is not far off from Subsonic, so Kaguya can be Transonic. Naruto would get Transonic reaction speed for dodging her attacks.
 
I forgot thats true! there was an interview from Kishimoto that bullets were too fast for them to dodge....oh boy

I dont want to take it seriously lol b/c Naruto had proved to be faster then bullets but those are the words from Kishimoto....right?
 
Alright everyone....lets all pretend that what Kishimoto said was an outlier, i mean there are so many feats of everyone being faster then bullet speed anyways hahahah!.....haha......

For all the people waiting for the revision to start again, BFF said that Kep-sama is busy & that they still havent done the speed yet
 
no lol why do you think that? There is more than on calc for the speed that Kep did and one got accepted just not added yet
