So in short both Naruto and Sasuke where boosted to an incredible extent and Hashirama and Madara would not scale correct?

As TenshinG said It scales to Naruto but not to Sasuke, Madara, and Hashirama.

CM+Kurama chakra clock susanoo = BSM but without those he probably scale to war Kcm Naruto( Island level?)who was able to tank Tenpenchi.

But Sasuke could get a (CM+Kurama chakra clock buffed susano) Country level key.


As for hashirama and madara,

Hashirama said he is no match for Incomplete Juubito and Incomplete Juubito already stomped him and we already know that edo sm hashirama>=edo rinnagan madara.

Actually incomplete Juubito could stomp anyone,he was just throwing his power everywhere,it is easier to fight the complete form.

Incomplete Juubito was going crazy that most of the damage he did was agains't himself as he detonated the TSB in himself. If Obito didn't gain back his conscious then it's very likely he would of killed himself (Note: TSB ignores durability)
