Seen something on comicvine about the recent episode relating to the Genin speed of completion?

"In the latest Boruto episode (56) they have a Chuunin exam where participants had to travel 20 kilometres in 1 hour.

Boruto's team made it in 55 minutes (Mitsuki says that they had 5 minutes to spare).

20 km = 20000 m

55 minutes = 3300 seconds

20000/3300 = 200/33

this is less than 7m/sec.

Yes... They were hindered by traps throughout the journey but that shouldn't have lengthened the journey by so much considering how some of the Genin teams basically fodderized some of the traps without loss of time (Bubble gum guy and the triplets destroyed the robots without slowing down).

If they were truly supersonic in movement speed or reaction speed then none of the traps would have even worked." Is it this correct?

Boruto slow af. And keep in mind that the group of Genin that took the Chuunin exam are considered "elite" by Shikamaru and Sai.

This could even be detrimental to Naruto Part 1 Genin since Boruto Genin are meant to be >> Part 1 Genin overall due to the fact that Shinobi are in lower demand in Boruto era so they only pick the best to be Shinobi."

Is this correct?
 
I mean if speed was looked upon that way 95% characters would end up Athletic/Peak human not just in Naruto but generally everywhere

Basically cause there is a Supersonic speed feat for genins The Athletic human feat is there just for Plot convenience cause imagine if they went through it in less then a minute or if Kakashi just traveled and escorted that bridge creator to that town in a few moments

it would make for a pretty lackluster story
 
U do understand that its just Plot convenience every single Verse has stuff that just wouldnt make sense if it went by actual feats
 
For example imagine if Goku was downgraded to Subsonic cause Bulma can see him fighting and cause Goku and Zamasu are taking seconds to fly/fight from one City block to the other
 
Really it's just as Shrek says. Not only that but they weren't shown using "Shunshin". Naruto and co made a trip across a continent >= Africa in 2 1/2 days and this is consistent throught the series. This is nothing but PIS.
 
Anyway guys I want to say, I think that Sage mode Jiraiya should be, At Least 7-B or he should get a higher Sage mode and keep one key. He was easily destroying each Pain one on one. And in the databook It said that his Ultra big-ball Rasengan could carve out a Mountain (pretty consistent) which makes sense with a strength increase.
 
Giving Jiraiya at least would give most of the people at least so im not quite for it

Obviously Jiraiya is quite stronger in sage mode but i assume that to be general knowledge on this wiki at least for people that would Vote/comment on his versus threads

Who else would get at least from it? Only Pain fought him. And only beat him because of surprise (and because Jiraiya did not start with Sage mode). Jiraiya had a lot of renown around himself and was looked at as extremely powerful.
 
Naruto Sage mode,Minato Sage mode,Sage Kabuto (Perfect Sage should be above or atleast comprable to Jiraiyas Sage mode)

Susanoo Itachi,Sasuke and Shisui (Itachi and Sasuke could harm and Fight Kabuto)

Base tsunade (Tanked Pains Full power Shinra tensei)

And Pain has beaten Jiraiya and cut of his arm with one hit

Which leaves Kinkaku,Ginkaku,4 tail Naruto and Hiruzen as 7-Bs
 
Pain wasnt using all 6 bodies either when he did start using them he easily handled Jiraiya although he did take his arm by suprise

That was before Sage mode though which was my point.
 
Oh that time, it was still my point it was by surprise like you said. Pain himself said iraiya would win if he had intel on Pain.
 
I dont remember that part i mean Naruto got handled by Deva path (Until he turned into 5 tails)

could u please tell me in what chapter did it roughly happen so i can refresh my memory

Also jiraiya should be able to summon Swords as he used it to pierce Pains 3 bodies
 
As for Pain's comment chpater 383 page 14 he said if they never kept the secret (number of Pains) they never would have one.
 
Hmm well pain is unsure if he would win but feels as if jiraiya would likely win

I would still say its not enough for the At least for Jiraiya

However this is all irrelevant as i will create a Upgrade/Or a downgrade for 1 character thread that will basically clear up some major stuff which could make Jiraiya High 6-C

I will do this after the current 2 immovable revisions are over so i dont clog up Naruto revisions even more
 
@Rocker

Probably 7-B eventho he was fighting with Bee bee didnt land more then 1 hit which sent Satori flying and he couldnt damage Bee at all so i dont think he should be High 6-C
 
It has something to do with A. I don't think cutting off Gyuki's tentacles should be used as a justification since they're weak.

Obito and even Sasuke could cut them, iirc.
 
Thats what I thought. But the box should probably be High 6-C in durability. since they did not think even Bee could destroy it and needed to drop it into the ocean.
