We actually didn't have evidence to prove that but can move inside the time stop, character let another character move inside their time stop is a common thing

Did I read the chapter??? Momoshiki didn't let Boruto move. Boruto even stated that he couldn't move even tho we see him not moving he can still function and move his body a little.

This literally means that Momoshiki indeed effects him with time stop and didn't intend for him to be able to interact with his ghost

Boruto was effected by it, Momoshiki says "You can sense me, human child?"

Which means he didn't stop time for everyone except Boruto, otherwise he wouldn't be asking a question like that.

Momoshiki stopping time for everyone except Botruto is literally headcanon with no actual evidence behind it, so why should I believe that as opposed to the more logical answer?

Naruto couldn't move so time was stop. Also, Boruto, later, stated that he couldn't move when Momkshuki was near him.

I am not sure if the resistance is this notable.
