It's a close one but Blackwargreymon with difficulty. He has a more diverse moveset so he might be able to catch Nappa off guard. Without Vegeta around Nappa was shown to go into rage when the fight doesn't go his way.

overall i think nappa has a slight edge in power, so imo he can win with difficulty
