Nami vs Lucy Heartfilia

Lucy FRA, considering in the timeskip Lucy can use at most 2 spirits at the same time without much drain on her magic. She can use Gemini to either transform into Nami to confuse Zeus by giving wrong orders ( Zeus isn't exactly intelligent ) and Tandem with another spirit to deal with Nami while her guard is down or use Gemini to transfrom into Zeus (If possible) and deal with Nami alongside another spirit. Also from what I remember Lucy can open up to 3 spirits in the Tartaros arc, though I don't know how long she can maintain it.

Lucy summon Aquarius to flood the whole area(or she can just summon loke/Caprio those two are masters in h2h combat, Virgo for dumbing nami etc, she have tons of combination) then using Gemini cast urano meteria
