Overhaul arc: building level+ durability for tanking Bakugou's explosions, hypersonic reactions and combat speed for surprising Overhaul and reacting to Gran Torino
Pre surgery: unknown but stronger than before, hypersonic for reacting to 100% Re Destro
Post surgery:?
A note on his various decay speed should probably be there.

Clone Shigaraki implied he tanked a hit from Re Destro

We don't know how much strength Re-Destro is using here, then again even at 1% of his strength he'd be High 8-C, around 5 Tons or so. If Shigaraki dodged than Re-Destro would've seen him dodging, the fact that the panel doesn't even show Shigaraki in the room probably does imply that he got sent flying, along with Re-Destro's suprise.

Shigaraki also says he was hanging from the window so he likely got knocked out of the building.

so pre surgery shigaraki has building level+ attack potency and large building level durability.

He also got hit by Re-Destro (or I guess slapped by him) after he destroyed the stress ball to. While Shiggy nulled Re-Destro attack with the first stress ball he still got hit by his arm and that's why he went flying in the first place so while he wouldn't scale to the stress ball he would scale to whatever Re-Destro's power is at 80% without him using it.

Re-Destro at a much weaker level was capable of breaking Shigaraki's hand from just the shockwave of his attack.

Shigaraki doesn't scale to 80% period, it doesn't even make sense. Also it doesn't look like he hit him to me, just look like he got carried by the ball which he destroy before it could damage him.

Yeah what Shiggy really needs is durability and he's an absolute god tier in the setting along with flight and he's probably the strongest in the setting which he's most likely going to get and be thankfully.

I think it's because "Wall if Flames" isn't a super move. It should just be Half Hot: 8-B to 8-A maximum.

Wall of flames was never 8A. It is a different thing from his max fire which is actually what was stated to be 8A.

Wall of Flames is literally just him turning his output up. His quirk itself is 8-A, but he tends to keep it at 8-B, so a range should be fine.

I meant previously it was Half Hot is 8-B and then it said Wall of Flames is 8-A before. WoF SHOULD have never been connected to 8-A since at his nothing to do with it.

"How about a walls of flames" it doesn't seem like this was meant to be a super move but just my opinion.
