Either way, if he got her quirk, the world is ****** unless this new personality doesn’t like old AFO. Also, Deku better start working on his reality manipulation resistance.

If he didn’t get her quirk, then thank god, but he’s probably gonna try to get it later, assuming she doesn’t die and he loses it forever.

Either Horikoshi pulls off a masterclass of dealing with that powerup, or he ***** up royally with a cheap solution. No in between.

Well, it’s not like it can’t be worked around.

Only two orders can be out at any given time, and he has to make contact to do orders directly. So if Deku just dodges around any orders he tries to do upon the air or ground, he should be fine as long as he doesn’t get touched, which is honestly already what he was dealing with.

Deku managing to overwhelm this “new personality” by using too much stuff for his orders to keep up with would be a good counter. Or just fighting him with more than one person hiding in the back.

I forgot about those, but I meant as in direct teleportation of ones self. Something like nightcrawler or Goku’s instant transmission for example.

Not making "strong" female characters lose or just in general seem less effectual than male counterparts

Not really a big surprise if she loses or dies. Remember how Endeavor's ounches seemed to do more than Ryuku's to Shigaraki, or how she straight up got stalled by a singular fodder tier villain for 20 minutes straight with backup. Hell even "run away at all costs" Lady Nagant was taken down.

I think Star is the only exception. She’s the only one that AFO refers to as a “wall,” and not just for Japan or America, but the world itself.

I think Endeavor is still pretty up there in terms of power even when taking into account the whole world. His sheer experience and firepower is hard to rival.

And Deku is just mini All Might who was ACTUALLY better than everyone else

Remember how Mirko took on multiple High Ends whereas the number one hero struggled with one WITH help? Remember how Lady Nagant didn’t get instantly lolfoddered by one of the strongest characters in the verse and was even complimented on how she could’ve killed him with her first shot??

Hell, the fact Ryuku could stop and pin down Shigaraki for a time is insanely impressive. I also don’t remember Endeavor damaging Shigaraki with a punch…

The girls do just as much work as the guys in most cases other than Overhaul arc, and even then that’s because Rikido literally hopped up on trigger and started inhaling vitality while Ryukyu and Nejire fought him for like 20 minutes straight.

Heck Nejire was still going after getting blasted by Dabi.
