Can't believe Deku performed the best feat in the series with just Embers. The fact that by endgame, Deku could have just one-shot killed Shigaraki at full power Fa Jin is completely insane. Dude was holding back from killing and still beat the Final Boss.

The watch was long, but it has now ended. Deku truly got EVERYTHING he ever wanted and more. Peak ending for a peak MC. Everyone loves him, he’s gonna be a hero (WILL be no. 1 without trying btw), girl of his dreams, his idol is his biggest fan, his bully his good friend, the whole WORLD regards him as a literal legend that generations will look up to.

We see the panel with him the suit and he's already ahead of everyone else... Kinda nutz. Also if that suit is more advanced than All Might's and has the added efforts of Hatsume to it, that should make this Suit FAR stronger than Armored All Might... And considering that All Might kinda bullied Teen AFO a bit, who one-shot Gigantomachia and took on a ton of Heroes at once, making him stronger than Awakened Bakugo arguably... Deku with his brains and new suit might just be the strongest Hero still... Which I mean... Deserved
Mirio being the new #1 Hero honestly feels like a bit of a copout... Like I get it's basically a popularity contest, but I feel like Mirio only excels as a Hero in a era of weak nobodies... Because he was essentially the MOST USELESS person in the fight against Shigaraki. I mean he stalled Shigaraki for a second with comedy. But his entire role was support. Like Mirio being #1 is hilarious because Mirko, Bakugo, Best Jeanist, Tamaki, Nejire, and even Monoma were ALL more useful than he ever was during the final war...

Rankings barely matter in the first place. Also, don’t forget it 8 years later, the impact of others is def lessened by now.
Mirio simply that guy, friendly and funny and strong enough to body or completely stall/usurp most villain. Great rescue hero for all things, so him getting number 1 isn’t hard to see when he was already hyped up to be the closest to it in high school.
Bakugo being 15 is hilarious tho, his personality probably has him bouncing up and down like crazy. Shoto number 2 is deserved and unlike his dad, it’s not going to matter to him when he has so much to live for.
Give Deku, like, 1 year and he’s topping the charts. Bro has billboards of him as a teacher and live coverage 8 years after the war, being the first Quirkless hero with his drive and personality gonna have the hero rankings locked down.

Seems like wash has similar relationships like messi and fifa but with the hpc lol. Bakugo ranking is damn but I can definitely see the reasoning behind it. Ochako not even being in the top 20 while momo is their despite both going overseas is wow. It gonna be taking years for deku to reach no 1 and that if he even care about said position and given he is also a teacher he is not gonna be available 24/7 like shoto. Good addition to the ending but it doesn't change much that we already know in the first place. The problem was half the fandom needed to be spoon fed.

I dunno man, it’s based on popularity. And considering Deku’s personality, accolades, and how he’ll be an active Hero with zero powers. I would not be surprised if Deku topped the charts in about a year. I mean he’s the dude who publicly beat the greatest villain of all time and he’s making a comeback despite having zero powers. That shit is gonna get attention. Also considering he became the strongest and greatest hero of all time partially due to his brains and strategy, he would also probably still be the strongest with that suit.
