My Hero Academia General Discussion Thread #18

Honestly, Wolfram's attacks are 7-A and shouldn't be scale to anyone but All Might and 100% Izuku.

5% Izuku breaking his attacks is beyond an outlier, since we can't just ignore that these same attacks hurt All Might. Todoroki and Bakugo stop these attacks too, yet we know they're vastly inferior to All Might that it isn't even funny.

The entire fight is outlier nonsense, unless we're saying 5%, Bakugo, and Todoroki are comparable to 100%?

1: Yo scales to literally nothing.

2: That calculation is wrong, since your not measuring the steel beam Izuku broke. Your measuring two different steel beams that you don't prove are the same size as the one he broke. Also it is impossible to find the size of what he broke anyway, since the camera is stretching the image making scaling unreliable.

3: Nine is already 8-A and doesn't scale to anyone else. His power varies and he always changes it, there is no reason to assume he launched 8-A attacks at them. Also I disagree with your scaling, that light is not something to be used for scaling.

4: Outlier as Bakugo constantly struggles with High 8-C+ feats. Which also harm him at times.
1. its just there to show 8-A students isn't just something that can't exist

2. I'm going to re do it.

3. It's his air blast that he just shoots out, since when does he switch it up in power and what reason do we have to assume he was holding it back? Bakugo was getting in his way and he's already made it clear he would kill those stopping him. Why can't the light be used? We see this light before we see it in comparasion to the rocks

4. The High 8-C attacks just upscale.

All Might was 100% the entire fight? I didn't think he was until the end. First he is getting clapped around, then Wolfram says he's getting stronger, All Might says he can't let some stupid limit hold him back (his time limit) and uses more power, then he just shats all over Wolfram's attacks quite easily. WOlfram catches him tho, but All Might seemingly powersup AGAIN while he was running with Deku, then for the final smash they went plus ultra. I don't think this works because All Might being 100% from the start may be wrong

Why can't your calc just downscale?
Because he has been show capable of this, which isn't just his explosion which size is inconsistent and doesn't scale at a perfect ratio, ig his small explosions holding enough power to hurt High 8-c people. This means that the size can't be limited to power or something like that

Like obviously his explosion's power vary on it's size but when it comes to finding their power using the explosion formula, you would get results that are likely lower than what he can actually dish out.

The thing about Wolfram is that his attack cubes should only really be as durable as the metal and construction he’s using. Some of the cubes can be more dense than others, and 5% Deku only breaks smaller attacks while All Might more or less powers through everything besides the surprise wires, AND he’s weakening.

But movies are movies, and anime/movies will always make scenes more grander and over the top, even though remaining canon.

But Im willing to drop it because MCB is mostly movie feats, too much unknowns, and as you guys state all the time, beyond their manga feats. I'd better stop flooding the chat with this 8-A mess, but say Bakugo has some 8-A feats in the new movie could those be used?

The 2.88. Isnt for the calc but to represent the lowest point we can measure for the explosion size.
Window is .03 and explosion height is 1.67.
1.67/.03=55.66666666666667x difference.
1.5x55.66666666666667=83.5m/2 for radius is 41.75m.
Using explosion formula gives 5.84 tons of tnt.
2.4435e+10 joules or Large building level+.

Huh, neat

Though it is sad he has so little feats, and apparently none that can push him to 8-B or 8-A given he's supposed to be the rival of deku

That is the incorrect way of measuring an explosion, we don't measure those spikes as part of the diameter/radius.
