Nah KNY is generally used to speed blitzes. Also
Statistics Amplification & Transformation (Can enter a battle form which amplifies all of his abilities. Can massively increase his speed using his thigh whips, allowing him to blitz 7 Demon Slayers at once effortlessly despite having trouble with them before)
Reactive Power Level (Stated that one can massively increase their strength after getting close to death)
If anything it's fairer on Kaneki. He's got the speed to avoid Muzan better, who has bio hax, upscales from the mach 2000, his regen is too fast so Kaneki's attacks will actually be problem since they're faster and Muzan can get faster and stronger near death.

Until I see some argument for why Muzan's bio hax doesn't neg, it seems like a stomp. I think BS is mostly irrelevant when it comes to characters relative and BFR should work but that doesn't mean Muzan will just leave him, he'll go in and fight.

To Muzan's extent? All I see is the overtime bio hax he has from starving himself and having cancerous cells.

Apparently cross verse on the wiki the resistance has to be potent enough to resist BS (found out about this when trying to justify why Lemillion doesn’t get cooked by BS despite being the stronger one)
Normally if they’re relative enough he’d chase after his opponent into the infinity fortress and kill them. But then again Muzan is a little ***** in character that would do anything to survive at all cost so it’s not out of character for Muzan to leave kaneki there in this specific scenario.

Kaneki is completely immune to the ROS virus, which attacks the nervous system and causes rapidly growing cancerous tumors. The ROS virus is effective even on kakuhou wielders, although they are resistant to the increased concentration of RC cells and previously used it as fuel. The virus works on a genetic/cellular level, which is why Kaneki resists Muzan's biohax.
Biological deconstruction would also not matter, because Kaneki's advanced kagune limbs were resistant to RC depressants, which suppress RC cell activity and disintegrate the kagune, disrupting the integrity of its cellular structure. Post-Dragon Kaneki's body is a living kagune, so we have what we have.

Well until there's some scaling for BS, it is just basic
The overwhelming others scans, there's nothing beyond what Arima and the most powerful ghouls cause to others around. The fear and paralysis scans, Muichiro and Tanjiro calm themselves and are fine right after. I just don't know what that would be other than supernatural willpower or literally just calming themselves down. Same with the breathing stuff, it's a physical pressure that's induced from their BS, we see the same with Kokushibou and Yorichii, Kaneki can't be affected by a pressure only seen affecting Class 50 characters. Same with the others, all that is pain inducing or dura neg, something Kaneki is used to.

It’d be the same reason as to why gojo muzan and sukuna would lose to Makima’s BFR. Muzan also loses nothing from doing this since he doesn’t live in the fortress. He just lives in other people’s houses lol.
I’m not sure about this one. Even this, the dimension is a blood demon art that’s actively stabilized 24/7 so the damages would probably just repair itself.

Muzan's bio hax causes bodies to disintegrate in seconds if given too much blood and even with a resistance to his blood, Tanjiro was paralyzed due to pain.

If this is worth anything. Apparently Tanjiro’s profile includes an “enhanced” resistance to fear and paralysis for not being affected by Muzan’s BS.
I genuinely do not know how resisting BS works because if it’s willpower scaling then you gets Muichiro somehow having a weak willpower to be affected by Kokushibo’s BS. Which is like the only hashira to be affected by BS at this point. The DS profiles just lists it as a resistance instead of their willpower justification too. 95% of bs is useless on Kaneki but the paralysis part is probably still relevant here.

Please reread the manga and familiarize yourself with the symptoms of ROS.
All the symptoms were described in the manga much earlier.
From Dragon's ROS, the disease progresses in seconds. We see that the soldier is paralyzed, unable to speak, and kagune growths appear on his body, which are a result of increased selection of RC cells.
This is biological deconstruction. I have already answered you on this point before.
And no, Tanjiro resisted it not because of his biology, but because of his blood vessel control

The paralytic gas stopped working when Kaneki activated his kakugan. That's all you need to know.

RC depressants destroy the kagune and stop its work. The formation of the kagune is the process of connecting RC cells into a single structure and gaining integrity. The RC depressant disrupts the cellular connections of the kagune. That is, it destroys the connections of the RC tissues at the cellular level.

Um... Naki's Kagune disintegrated instantly and after that he couldn't form it even after replenishing his RC cells.

I see. I think there's some confusion. Are Ghouls made completely of RC cells or just their Kagune? I know Kaneki became nearly an entire Kagune so I guess this works? Just not clear enough.
