High-Energy mode for 2776, correct? Well, low or high, I feel confident in saying Soldier takes this either way. That radiation would certainly be capable of taking Soldier down, but not if he's able to maintain a distance. And he is perfectly capable of doing so considering his range game is worth noting. Then considering their fighting location, the Superbowl Stadium. He can go in the stands to get higher elevation for better aim, easily make an escape into the structure itself if 2776 gets in close enough, and he can hide out and get the drop on his opponent since the sounds of fireworks will be masking any noise he produces. This is an excellent setting for someone as well trained and experienced as Soldier to take advantage of.

Soldier also has nearly a 2x AP advantage (Baseline vs. 2.9 tons).

Soldier doesn't strike me as the type of guy that would immediartly retreat when he sees an opponent, and the Stadium actually keeps him within a decent distance to George. If he gets too close, he immeditately succumbs to cancerous growths and radiation manipulation.

Calling it very close, as if Soldier tries to close in distance (which is something he sometimes does, he's used CQC to take down enemies more than a few times), he's dead. If he keeps a distance and fires on Washington with his range and AP advantage, he can secure a victory without worrying about taking chemo.

Gonna give this to Soldier, via Range and AP that can allow him to avoid dura negging Biological and Radiation based attacks.
