This is his Ikki Kurogane’s stats are calculated. You just need to be certain it applies to their AP (as opposed to something like a non-linear power level system), and not to have any serious contradictory evidence (for instance if they had consistently struggled with feats much more than 10x weaker, then the multiplier would be deemed inconsistent).
