How many galaxies would one have to destroy to be at Multi-Galaxy Level+ instead of just Multi-Galaxy Level?

What if someone destroyed, say, exactly 500 galaxies with the average galactic distance in between, all at once? Would that be Multi-Galaxy+?
 
Multi-Galaxy+ isn't technically an AP rating but it'd require destroying a significant portion of the universe.
