Mister Satan actually has tons of fighting experience and is a legitimate expert in martial arts.

How strong is his mind reading? If it isn't good enough to perfectly read movements and automatically react to them it won't help much (they are equal in speed so having to think too much about mind reading and applying the information is time he doesn't have unless it is very fast).
Also I am unaware of any uncalced feat, but for this fight they are listed as 9-B.

He used it extensively on combat before. He uses it in people stronger than him and more skilled in fighting too actually from what I recall. So yeah it's an in combat thing. I don't think Mr Satan is someone who can blitz anytime.
Anyway to further add on to the environment, yes both are quite equal in speed, kinda lean on Ed due to other high ends but forn ow it's tie. Ed is also much more mobile in a way, being able to really move around fast. Or at least in any situation he should be able to use the environment to his liking or just really get around. Taking out Satan's items kinda hurt him here too so I'm afraid that's a lost point for Satan.
If Ed doesn't have mind reading I would've said this was a tie, or even vote for Hercule. But in this case nah.

I mean even if he mind reads, Hercule is still very tricky. Also, they are equal in speed so hiding/using the environment won't work.
Edit: Ooh, actually Edward has the AP advantage. He is Wall+. I'm changing to Edward for that reason.

Well I mean more like he can probably traverse the area around better. Not sure if Mr Satan knows parkour or something like that. Example in a sloped environment etc. I'm not sure what you mean by tricky though. I don't think he ever ended up in a situation where he can outwit a mind reader. What do you mean?
