think mr burns would win because of his below average strength but engough to kill him ono is a weak bird that can't carry a rock while burns can carry thinks like bowling balls and throw books at homer he can also take some hits from some of the cast usally doing alot of damage to him to varieing degrees of how much it harms him don't think it's wall level because most of those really hurt him but still the man can take a decent amount of damage and take down Ono
