Speed is unequalized, as I don’t think there’s much need to equalize it.
Both are bloodlusted, and start 20 meters away.
The battle takes place in a sufficiently large courtroom.

Memes aside... Ehh... Phoenix's only means of winning is Social Influencing, which is enough to get Galactus to settle down. This keeping in mind that Galactus is like Apophis to the Egyptian Gods or Cthulhu to the Greek Gods even with the most baseline knowledge of Marvel you can imagine. A corporate businessman is lower on the ladder compared to either Apophis or Cthulhu, so... yeah.

Aside from that, I honestly don't think Phoenix Wright really has a means to win. Mr. Boss has went through Hell and back, and dude has hax like teleportation and resurrection. While yes, you can probably defend Wright with other characters from the MvC3 roster like Dormammu and Deadpool, I don't think anyone in those games have an answer to resurrection.

The most likely outcome to me is Mr. Boss is winning.

Mr. Boss has no ways to resist Phoenix's Social Influencing and/or his limited supernatural luck, meaning Mr. Boss would end up respecting how The Court works and eventually be found guilty of at least Attempt Of Murder

The wincons seem heavy for both sides but like Mr boss being bloodlusted will probably start by like killing Pheonix before doing anything else...

Last time I sent a message in a versus thread featuring Phoenix Wright, a small mistake in my phrasing led to a long argument that could have easily been avoided, so I'll have to be more careful...

Although the unconventional fighting style Phoenix has would catch many fighters off guard, Mr. Boss is pretty zany and cartoonish himself, so I think Mr. Boss wouldn't be too confused by the damaging speech bubbles, damaging mundane courtroom items, and random evidence for Phoenix to collect. If Mr. Boss can catch on to what Phoenix is doing and manages to prevent Phoenix from finding the sufficient evidence to convict him for tax fraud, then Mr. Boss would be able to use his abilities and physical advantage to win the battle, which I think Mr. Boss has what it takes to do. Phoenix is left pretty open when he is being a detective unless Maya is shielding him, but Mr. Boss might sneak past Maya using his stealth skill.

I also think it's worth pointing out that, at the time of this post, Galactus' intelligence rank is "Above Average" with no further justification, meanwhile Mr. Boss' intelligence rank is "at least Above Average" with information to back it up, so Mr. Boss might be more difficult for Phoenix to outsmart and use his social influencing on.

I vote for Mr. Boss winning the battle.

Didn’t Mr Boss have a calm conversation with Grim right after trying to kill him? I think Phoenix should last long enough to gather evidence and use his SI. He is a genius and highly experienced in dealing with people trying to hide their guilt from what I can tell from the profile and knowledge of Ace Attorney. I think being able to potentially take down Stark Industries plus having Supernatural Luck should be enough to stop Mr Boss from hiding for long. Besides weaponry and stats, it doesn’t seem like Mr Boss has that much stuff to attack Phoenix with and both are similar speeds I think.

I’m voting Phoenix

He’s bloodlusted here but counted
