False dichotomy, the answer is always to pull the lever halfway so that the trolley derails & falls between the two tracks.

Or if that's not an option, in this case specifically, send it onto the lower, more crowded track; With that many bodies, at some point the works will get all jammed up by blood & guts & viscera & will stop early, obstructed by the new & would-be victims. Thus rendering the trolley unable to kill any more than a very limited, finite number of people.

Also also, that image quality makes some of the text painfully difficult to read. The DNA list is.... Metroman(That jobber, really?), Superman, Goku, ???, Cameraman, Viltrumite, One Above All (OAA has DNA?), &... "XROOD"???
