By human morality standards? Even with that morality isn't a consistent thing.

Well then I could go and put Oryx, the Taken King for 4-B, as as per hive morality killing is a way to show love, and Oryx sure does a lot of that. Doesn't really seem like the best standard.

There's a quote that goes along the lines of "and oryx and his sister's fought and killed each other for thousands of years, such was their love". Oryx's killing morality thing is so strong that it actually warps the laws of reality though. The books of sorrow are ridiculous.

For twenty thousand years they fought across the moons and they fought in the abyssal plains and lightning palaces of each other's sword spaces. And they killed each other again and again, so they could practice death.

Such was their love.

Books of Sorrow XXII: The High War

Oryx my brother loves me and this love is war.

Books of Sorrow XXXV: This Love is War

Reinhard approved, for sure

Oryx has personally caused the extinction of countless species over his billions of years alive, his sister is the goddess of war, and this morality manifests as powerful law manip that allows him to do all sorts of things with it. If all you need is internal consistency, Oryx would take 4-B for being extremely loving and having his morality literally distort the universe around him.

Suffice to say, we probably shouldn't use criteria that would get oryx to be considered an extremely moral man.

Is vash not moral in 7-B?

Superman: Red son for 5-B, for resisting filthy capitalist systems of imperialism, alienation, and domination.

Maybe Yog-Sothoth for high 1-A? While it's entirely beyond the concept of morality, it's one of the few outer gods that actually felt like helping out humans. It's given a few people the gift of true omniscience, and unlike a certain messager it wasn't a trick to screw over the person who took it.

At least, Yog sothoth adheres to hyman morality the best of the outer gods. Most of them humanity would not percieve as having a mind or thought of any kind, some like Nyarlathotep actively **** over humans, in Nyar's case basically because he's bored with his job, but yog gave a legit gift to people.

Jonathan Joestar is the most moral 8-B. He respects wahmen and is the buffest cinnamon roll in fiction.

Isn't The Doctor a genocidal maniac?
...What? No. It's kind of stated that the reason he struggles with things below his paygrade is due to his morals. "And then we discovered why. Why this Doctor who had fought with gods and demons, why he had run away from us and hidden... He was being kind"
