I don't remember moro absorbing souls at all, just ki, but if he did actually absorb souls, then his hax potency is easily in the billions likely more, since he is able to suck life out of entire planets and was able to suck life force out of every living thing on earth, EVERY LIVING THING, this includes billions of humans, and all the wildlife and insects and plants and other creatures.

Vegeta would also have the same soul hax potency and grand supreme kai would have a resistance to a soul hax in the billions and easily more.

The most impressive thing is that he doesn't just soul hax the humans but all living things too which is kind of insane when you take into account the number of all living things on earth.

There are 8.2 million species on earth, and considering that dinosaurs exist in dbz, prolly even more.
So at least you are looking at 10 billion soul, proly even more.
