I get the feeling it has something to do with Micro-Oxygen attacks, which for some reason are treated as regen nullification even though its not...

No, she was nearly torn apart by the changes in space and time and she literally had to tear her eyes out or she would have died, and being in a place where time takes solid form doesnt in any way qualify tor time manipulation resistance. Time Manip and Reality Warping resistance is wrong.

You mean the part about him catching Destoroyah's Oxygen Destroyer Katana? I dont remember Hedorah having regen nullification. All he did was melt Godzilla's hands to the bone and then he regenerated them after a while.
