Moon Level Mewtwo?

I noticed that base Mewtwo is only Small Island level, but in the Manga, he killed base Deoxys, who is Moon Level. Has this already been discussed, or has it simply not been noticed yet? Or is the Manga not used because it's non-canon? Sorry if I made a mistake somehow, I'm not really as familiar with this wiki as I am with others.

All Pokemon profiles are composite. The tabs are used to display power ups and transformations.

Then dont scale it to game deoxys, just go by manga feats which would make him at least City level

I believe so but Mewtwo would still be city level from catching a hyper beam from lance's dragonair/dragonite (dont remember which) which destroyed a city

Mirage Mewtwo basically became the strongest Mirage pokemon in that. IIRC Mirage Master, using Proffesor Oak's data and connections, could obtain pokemon data from ALL pokemon databases (such as pokemon centers and even other pokemon labratories) from all over the entire planet to create Mirage Mewtwo. And Mirage mewtwo was a huge powerhouse, capable of using like 6-7 pokemon moves at once, was able to absorb the data on legendary pokemon like Entei, Articuno, Zapdos, even Rayquaza and use their movesets as well, also majorly fodderized Ash, Misty, May and the others without even trying. It countered pikachu's quick attack with its own more powerful one, blocked Professor Oak's dragonites Twister with one hand and smacked it down effortlessly and thats just from the top of my head. Mirage Mewtwo even absorbed the data of the mirage system as a whole into itself and that system allowed any mirage pokemon to be any type and use any move. I think youtube has the special if u wanna look it up.

PS: Mirage Mewtwo was beatable but only by debatable PIS by mirage mew getting curbstomped by mirage mewtwo, entering the mirage system as pure data and since Mewtwo absorbed the system into itself, that was the key for how Mew could defeat Mewtwo, even though it sacrificed itself in the end
