The fight would likely be slightly in Akuma's favor in the beginning due to his higher intelligence and fighting skills, however Doomsday's healing abilities will make him very hard to kill. Akuma may need to go in his Shin Akuma form, but Doomsday also can empower himself due to the damage he takes.

This would be the moment Akuma realizes that he can't kill him with his fists alone and will destroy his soul with the Raging Demon. I say Akuma wins with mid-high difficulty due to his higher intelligence, better fighting techniques and the Raging Demon.
