The only thing I don't understand is the reason for which you take yagdo rigora from her it's just an attack nothing more.

Besides using Haki, I don't see Luffy tanking a blast like that while on the level he was on fighting Caesar.

Well, his durabilty is 7-A (with or without haki)and her attack is 7-A so he definetly can... Actually wait why are you using GMG Minerva she is only 7-C you need the current Minerva

Punk haazard Luffy vs Current Minerva they are both 7-A and since Luffy has haki and Minerva her spatial magic it's a pretty fair match.

Stick with Punk Hazard, Dressrosa Luffy is 6-C to high 6-c.

I don't recall Dressrosa having filler. At that point Luffy is a soild high 6-c. So using that version of him would one shot her. William explained it the best.
