I'm....pretty sure that's a stomp. His only Low 2-C feat is creating and splitting a timeline. And from a glance, it doesn't look like most of his tech can be used in combat.

Can Doreamon mind control her before she erase, neutralize or KO him? Being able to mind control someone from a glance is different from being able to mind control with a machine.

It takes around a second for Monika to erase Doraemon. It will probably take more for him to mind control her.

Because you need to literally put on a hat on the enemy, mid-fight, for it to happen.

unless OP makes him go full-prep from the beginning, he can PROBABLY stop time before her and seal her in a photo

Dictator Switch erase someone both physically and from history and memories. If you say she LOL-nope to that, then yeah, stompy is stompy. That's the haxxest Doraemon has for actual combat

"Erasing" someone in Doki Doki has more or less the same effect. And she was on the receiving end of a history wipe, yet came back and nuked the universe.
