From what I can tell, it isn't so much as probability manipulation as that would mean that the chance of finding money is increased. Instead, the ability forces the an enemy to drop more money. It works like Pay Day from Pokemon: forcing money to spawn. What exactly is this ability, if it's anything we got in the wiki?
