Before people start making assumptions and automatically vote for Mob, a couple things need to be cleared up. Mob scales to 12 gigatons in his 100% 6-C state, while Psykos' 6-C rating scales off of Tatsumaki's show of power when deflecting artillery from Lord Boros' ship, which I believe is 27.3 gigatons. Mob has superior LS, almost x10 superior to Psykos, even though they're both Class T. Overall, I still give this one to Mob because of his more versatile nature, his ability to absorb energy, his higher LS, and the fact that unlike Psykos, his actual durability is 6-C instead of just his barriers.

Only thing I can think of is more experience than Mob, since she's older than him, but even that's debatable. Regardless, she's still about x2 stronger, so if Mob isn't careful he could still lose, meaning this isn't a stomp match, only a decisive win.

As I already said, her wincon is higher AP. In addition, she also has gravity manipulation powers, which she could use to increase the gravity around Mob. He could bring Mob to the ground the same way that Ishiguro did against Mob. The main reason it didn't work against Tatsumaki was because she was vastly stronger, but since Psykos has the AP advantage here, she could restrain him. She also uses energy projection quite often in battle, so that would put Mob on the defensive.

Hella late to this comment but she probably does have the edge in experience, if only due to Mob never actively training his powers in combat and only fighting a few times at his 100% state (only two of which were fights that he was matched or beaten).

Not sure if it changes much but something to consider, since I doubt Psykos doesn't frequently make use of her powers.

Mob could either reflect their attacks or absorb energy from them. Which would strengthen him more and more.

It is also necessary to clarify that 100% is being used because 100% animosity will not be the same as 100% courage.


But still, I think Mob should win this match through
of his versatility.
