Sure. Mid regen is weird tho, you can be able to heal your brain and be or not be able to have higher or lower of our types of regen, so that feat Wolverine has where he heals most of his body should be pointed out too for reference.

Why would it be "blowing them up" if it's just a blast that hits them? By that logic, Cell blew Gohan up when he hit him with a ki blast and broke his arm.
