Satan's best move is having that insane versatility with his martial arts and capsules. However, he's up against someone who trumped that in this Batman. His gadgets counter all of Satan's and his Anti-Mechanical Bat Ray is especially tough on Satan. Batman pretty much counters Satan, then overwhelms him with the Bat-Laser

Except Satan had the advantage in mobility and stuff. Changing the match after someone starts to argue against a characters is just....eh.
