If this is talking about Ayanokoji, then I agree with the downgrade. The scan in the Calc doesn't even imply speed blitz IMO, rather him just being incredibly quick. Also doesn't help that high end Superhuman perception is used for an athletic human? Maybe peak human but definitely not superhuman lol
The verse should just stay at athletic/peak human speeds.
