There was a time when I wanted to spam Connor matches and make him the Deku of 9-C but I gave up on that after The Number Man incident. Let's see him take on someone not as broken

Alright, i need to know two things in order to give a proper response:

1. Do they have previous knowledge of each other?

2. How good is Connor at shooting?

No prior knowledge. However Connor does have the ability to scan people he meets to find their information in the database. Assuming Misato is a high ranking official, he'll probably find information of her. And this is a passive ability

He almost never misses at close range fights assuming all button prompts are pressed

Here's the best probably not PIS feat of Connor's shooting. If it doesn't arrive at the specific time mark, it's at the 11:32 mark

She's a Captain and later a Major at NERV, she's a very high ranking official.

From what i've read on his profile they have similar feats at overpowering trained soldiers but Connor still has an edge in close combat just for being an Android.

Don't misunderstand me, Misato is very strong, but his physiology gives him too much of an advantage for her to overcome.

Yeah, Connor FRA. Even if he couldn't search Misato's information for whatever reason, I'd wager his analytical prediction and sheer intellect are enough to use whatever skills he'd need to achieve victory
