So let's see. We got a waifu who currently scales from 0.0401 tons of TNT while Xantis upscales from 0.0201 tons of TNT. One has experience dealing with the mafia, perhaps single-handedly depending on whether you play single-player or co-op.
Xantis has said himself that he has a thousand years or so of fighting experience but...:
His standard tactics are basically running up to a foe and getting in on close combat (he literally starts off by running up to his opponent even), only to alternate between his sword and his bow and back on occasion. Not exactly the best use of 1000 years, but then again, it could be the result of dumb AI.
Xantis' immortality is easy to bypass since once you find the Sacred Energy Shard, you can literally just physically break it. That's not to mention that despite his Type 6 and Type 8 immortalities, his body can be physically killed.
Speed is equalized since that's basically the only way a character with Unknown speed would work in a match. Also, Misako's accessories are restricted. Everything else would be up to board (really, even if Misako had went through the lengthy process of finding Xantis' government secrets beforehand, the trouble lies in the fact that Misako isn't exactly the brightest, only marginally smarter than Kyoko). Oh, and the battle takes place in the same room where players fight against Xantis in Eliatopia (the room after is where the Sacred Energy Shard is).
