But can Mewtwo negate Reactive Evolution though? He negates Satou's mind resistance but the moment MM tries to mindscrew Satou a new mind resistance pops up again
Edit: Satou also resisted Geass which mind controls you and restrict all your abilities at the same time so there's a chance that Satou can develop a resistance to Miracle Eye
