Point is Shadow's more than willing to use Chaos Control from the start. Especially against a bloodlusted opponent.

Yeah, he instantly spammed teleportation when he saw the Black Arms & pre-phantom ruby infinite and he has several moves that involve warping space in Sonic Battle

3. Being able to Time Stop doesn’t make you immune to others’ if you haven’t shown a resistance. Especially since Chaos Control bypasses resistance
4. Are these immortality types combat applicable? Because if he doesn’t resurrect within a certain period of time the immortality point is moot

Not to mention, if you think Mewtwo has moves that would instantly put Shadow down, why even make this match knowing it was a one-sided stomp? (Though you haven't listed the hax Mewtwo would use that can instantly put Shadow down)

Life force absorption. Power mimicry and sealing(copy your powers and shut it down, which works on all the power nulls in the verse, so it's layered) , AZ, Curse manipulation, Petrification, adaptation by copying stats changes and increasing them beyond his opponents, passive speed boost, can force the opponent to use the same move over and over again even if they dont want to(law manipulation or reality warping), can double,triple and quadruple his stats,

Ok, considering that Mewtwo can see past, present and future at the same time, it doesn't seem like an assumption to say he'll lead with his Best option at first. But, what can Shadow do against mewtwo's passive smell which causes anyone arround him to faint (scaling to Muk)

Mewtwo seems to resist everything else. He also has many things shadow doesn't resist, mainly life force absorption, curse manipulation and Petrification
