Minor TV Series Soldier Boy Additional: SB Has An Average Gun

It is simple: adding a 9-C rating for Soldier Boy with a pistol since Soldier Boy shoots at a priest and a nun with a pistol. (The Boys; Season 3; Episode 7; "Here Comes a Candle to Light You to Bed") A pistol should be also his standard equipment.

Ok and?
Soldier Boy's base stat is already way above 9-C, therefore, making it incredibly redundant.
You don't see people get ratings for weapon(s) they possess unless the weapon(s) are > them.
First, there is case for people get rating for weapon which are < them. For example,
https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Hound_Dog has a rating
9-B physically, 9-C with firearms
Second, adding the 9-C rating for the pistol is for accurate information since there are cases that Supes like Soldier Boy himself, Starlight and Homelander immune to bullets. Without the rating, it may give readers a misunderstanding that "oh strength of Solider Boy's gun is compared to his physically strength".

Captain America has the ratings for attack speed from firearms, but not the AP ratings.

To me, it doesn't really seems important, specially since it can't even be brought in VS thread, but following the example, maybe the attack speed can be added.
