Telepathy can be use to read one mind and search for info, memory manip is when you directly alter their memory so i disagree with it being memory manip but telepathy is okay.
Edit: just checked that he already got telepathy via reading other mind so unless this is a different scan this thread should be close.

Honestly, this seems more like a feat for Pedro, as he probably knew he was going to die because of Yuri's blow and was able to keep the his important memories so that Karaka with his ability as a Scout could know what happened before his death

What about karaka telling yura ha, he can go.through her memories?

You can do that with telepathy as well since he never say anything about altering it only look through them, something that a sufficient enough telepathy user is capable of doing.

Honestly, I think this can serve as an update for Scouts at the level of Karaka and those who are above him, but yeah, its better wait

Well telepathy works,
My last question is does this go for every scout on karaka level?
Since every time he mentioned reading memories and.mind he made it seem.like it's a scout thing.
Or we wait for more.proof?
