Why Batter doesn't have Status Effect Inducement and Statistic Amplification in his Power aand Abilities?

He can inflict:

>Poison (damage over time and ignores durability/defenses.)

>Palsy (Nullifies movement and powers)

>Muteness (Nullifies powers)

>Blindness (Lower the accuracy)

>Fury and Madness (Makes the enemy bloodlusted)

>Can reduce someone's stamina/power.

And amplify:

>Accuracy

>Durability

>Striking Strenght

>Speed
