Minor PSI Removal for Paula Jones

In the PSI Powers tab, I noticed that Paula Jones has an ability she doesn't even have in her own game.
This is what I'm taking about:

Light Manipulation, Status Effect Inducement and Durability Negation (Via PK Beam, which can knock out any kind of enemy regardless of their strenght, or PK Flash, which can istantly knock out opponents as well)

In the PSI level up list for Paula, neither PK Beam or PK Flash are listed in there. The only characters in Earthbound that have this are Ness, Giygas, and some other enemies.
