Minor Lifting Strength revision (Higurashi)

So, Mamoru Akasaka currently has Class 5 Lifting Strength for overturning a van with a punch. As it turns out, this is not Lifting Strength, so, that should be removed from the profile.

Also his standard equipment lists "Hanguns" instead of "Handguns." Gotta change that.
