Very Simple Menma Uzumaki Fix

All I want to do is update Menma's profile to match the current stats since he was seemingly forgotten several times. He should be the same rating as War Arc Sage Mode Naruto since he was basically kicking his ass for most of the fight even without his goons backing him up and the Black Nine-Tails should be scaling to Half-Kurama's current rating since they literally fought each other.

I think you can go and apply the changes without a crt, this is very minor and menma is already scaled to certain characters anyway, if they get beefed he gets beefed up too, just link the crts where the change from large mountain to 6c/l6b was accepted and you should be good to go

I want Staff approval first to be safe because I've seen equally simple revisions get reversed due to just going ahead with them without waiting.
