Actually we can, but we could just being modest and place the line: likely/possibly Immeasurable.
But yeah, IZ should get this first before the train could start

I am skeptical on this to be honest, are we even allowed to scale LS this way if characters haven't even meaningfully interacted?
Correct me if I am wrong but unlike AP scaling among characters via statements and such on LS department if we don't see characters throw hands in a atleast physical fight we don't hand out LS via scaling.
And technically since no character meaningfully interacted physically enough that can be pushing or pulling equivalent or hell wasn't even possible enough in this case due to special nature of IZ's existance can we scale this ?
Since if Goku had Senzu Bean he said he would have been able to fight IZ, but I doubt that it would involve pushing or pulling rather than good ol' ki blasting.

If it is allowed and I am wrong, than yeah it makes sense that others would have immeasurable lifting strength over by scaling.
And I will support this

But neutral for now.

You could look at the video, and Gowasu said this, he became one with the universe and it law and order, and if not stop, would eventually merged with the multiverse. That why if you look at his profile is have his IZ key is Low 2-C, would eventually become 2-C. The thing about him merged with unverse already being accepted way before, i just want to add a minor thing about his Lifting Strength

That's a topic for another time, not here. That being said, if he's the space-time of a universe, he probably should get Immeasurable lifting strength.

Its more to do with his unique "biology" thus scaling to other's is a bit wonky.

It doesn’t matter how unique your biology is. Zamasu is physically immeasurable in LS. Jiren is stated multiple times to be stronger. If I say person A is stronger than person B, I’m not arbitrarily leaving out lifting strength. The default assumption is in lifting strength and striking strength unless shown otherwise.
