Minor Dr. Bright/The Foundation Equipment Addition

In the SCP-2719 article, Doctor Bright wields and makes use of it. Thus, it should be added to his optional equipment. SCP-2719 should be added to The Foundation's profile as well. Also, Dr Bright should be listed as a wielder of SCP-2719 on its profile as well. Pretty open and shut imo

We did, but now with the revelation that 5000's events didn't happen in the prime universe, I dunno if we should scale it to prime Bright...

Actually, whether it is in prime or not is 2 diffrerent scenerios. Most likely not, as in the quote " SCP-5000 is believed to have once possessed a number of anomalous functions," which means that they have no real 5000 of themselves to scale it to.
