I'm gonna vote Inconclusive here. Ashley has more hax than the Evoker, yet Evoker had two better hax options than Ashley: durability negation (granted transmutation generally allows for that to happen, but Ashley's transmutation spell is ineffective against a giant mandrake boss) and resurrection via Totem of Undying. Of course Ashley only gets Relativistic travel speed; her combat speed isn't anywhere near as good. Even then, speed doesn't really matter in a speed-equalized battle.

Lightning can go anywhere from 1 to 5 billion joules depending on where you look, and both are superior to baseline Building-level stuff (in the Evoker's case, it's the Creeper, which can pull off .247 tons), but still.

Either way, it's just inconclusive here as either one can put down the other.
